My Story

As a child of immigrant parents I became my family's bridge to a new world — translating documents, navigating systems, and learning early that being truly present for someone is one of the most powerful things you can do. That experience planted a seed that grew into a calling.

After more than 13 years in outpatient mental health, hospitals and schools, I built a telehealth practice rooted in what people actually need to heal — not a script, but a real relationship with someone who sees you fully.

I am a bicultural Latina who understands firsthand what it means to live between two worlds — the pressure to succeed, the guilt of wanting more, the grief of not fully belonging anywhere. That lived experience informs everything I bring into the therapy room. I became a therapist so I could help people thrive instead of just surviving. Como hija de padres inmigrantes me convertí en el puente de mi familia hacia un nuevo mundo — traduciendo documentos, navegando sistemas, y aprendiendo desde temprana edad que estar verdaderamente presente para alguien es una de las cosas más poderosas que puedes hacer. Esa experiencia plantó una semilla que se convirtió en una vocación.

Después de más de 13 años en salud mental ambulatoria, hospitales y escuelas, construí una práctica de teleterapia basada en lo que las personas realmente necesitan para sanar — no un guión, sino una relación real con alguien que te ve completamente. Soy una latina bicultural que entiende de primera mano lo que significa vivir entre dos mundos — la presión de tener éxito, la culpa de querer más, el dolor de no sentir que perteneces completamente a ningún lugar. Esa experiencia vivida informa todo lo que traigo a la sala de terapia. Me convertí en terapeuta para ayudar a las personas a prosperar en lugar de solo sobrevivir.
